Muslim Women's Network UK (MWNUK) is a charitable company limited by guarantee (company reg. no. 06597997; charity reg. no. 1155092) governed by a board of trustees who simultaneously act as directors and members of the charitable company. Your registration as a member and user of this Site will not simultaneously make you a member of the charitable company itself. No legal rights or responsibilities associated with the Companies Acts will arise from this registration, membership and use of the Site.
By registering to become a member, and separately to accessing and using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as any other relevant laws and policies. Please read them carefully. You must also agree and subscribe to MWNUK's Vision, Mission and Objects as set out in MWNUK's Articles of Association.

• We reserve the right to change the benefits that apply to you as a member and user of this Site at any time and without prior notice.
• MWNUK reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership where an individual is deemed to have breached the Terms of this Site or acted or will act contrary to MWNUK's Vision, Mission and Objects
• For the avoidance of doubt, membership of the Site does not entitle you to use MWNUK's logo or present yourself as representing MWNUK.

MWNUK will only collect personal data, such as your name, email address, click-through activity and any other personal information you voluntarily submit to us through this Site. Any affiliate partners and any companies we hire (if any) will use this information to comply with your request for information or services or as otherwise disclosed to you when you submit your information.

Additionally, MWNUK believe that the best way to achieve our Objects is through highlighting the lived experiences of Muslim women in the UK. To this effect, we may use the information you have willingly provided (such as through submitting a blog to the Site or responding to a forum discussion on the Site) as an anonymised case study when attending any relevant government meetings or responding to government consultations or holding an event or training session or producing and publishing a research report. We assure you that any such case studies will be entirely anonymised and your personal information will not be shared in respect of these particular activities. We will also make clear on the Site itself where we are commencing forum discussions to seek your comments for such purposes.
